Google Review Reply Examples in Hindi, English and Hinglish

Copy-ready Google review reply examples for 5-star, rating-only, 4-star, 3-star and question reviews, each in English, Hindi and Hinglish for Indian businesses.

Most Google review reply examples online are in English and written for American businesses. If your customers write in Hindi or Hinglish, a stiff English reply can feel like a form letter. Below are Google review reply examples for the situations Indian shop, restaurant, salon and clinic owners see every week, each written in English, Hindi and Hinglish.

How to use these examples

Every example below has the same three swap-in spots. Change them every time and you avoid the copy-paste feel:

• The name the reviewer used.
• One specific detail from their review (the dish, the haircut, the doctor, the product).
• A next step that is true for your business: "see you soon", a phone number, an answer.

Google's own advice is to avoid pasting the same thank-you under every review and to share something useful instead. You can read it on Google's page about replying to reviews. Treat the examples as starting points, not scripts.

1. A 5-star review with a comment

Review: "Best paneer tikka in town! Staff was very polite."

English

Thank you, Amit! So glad the paneer tikka hit the spot, and I will pass your kind words to our kitchen and service team. See you again soon. — [Name], [Restaurant]

2. A rating-only review (stars, no text)

Review: 5 stars, no comment.

With nothing to quote, keep it short. A long reply to a blank review looks forced.

English

Thank you for the 5 stars, Neha! We are happy you enjoyed your visit and hope to see you again soon. — [Name], [Salon]

3. A 4-star review with a suggestion

Review: "Good collection but parking is difficult."

Thank them for the praise, then acknowledge the suggestion honestly without over-promising.

Thank you, Vikram! Glad you liked the collection. You are right that parking can be tight at weekends, and we are looking at ways to improve it. We hope your next visit is easier. — [Name], [Shop]

हिंदी

4. A 3-star review (mixed feedback)

Review: "Doctor was good but the waiting area was crowded."

Mixed reviews are an opportunity: keep the good part, own the problem, offer a way to talk.

5. A review that asks a question

Review: "Lovely cakes. Do you do home delivery? Could not find it anywhere."

Answer the question. Future readers with the same question will see your reply too. Only write what is true for your business.

English

Which language should you reply in?

Match the language the reviewer wrote in. A Hindi review answered in Hindi, a Hinglish review in Hinglish and an English review in English feels like a real person read it. Keep the tone warm and simple. Skip heavy, formal Hindi unless that is how the reviewer wrote.
