1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReplyDost ("the Service") at replydost.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReplyDost is an AI-powered tool that helps Indian local businesses generate and publish responses to their Google Business Profile reviews. The Service connects to your Google Business Profile via Google OAuth with your explicit permission and uses AI models to generate reply suggestions.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• You must own or have authorization to manage the Google Business Profile you connect to the Service
• You must have a valid Google account and an active Google Business Profile

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated responses before publishing them to Google
• You must not use the Service for spam, fake reviews, misleading content, or deceptive practices
• You must comply with Google's review policies and Google's Terms of Service
• You are solely responsible for the content of any reply you choose to publish

5. Google Account Access

By connecting your Google account, you authorize ReplyDost to:

• Read your Google Business Profile reviews and location information
• Post replies to your reviews on your behalf, only when you approve them

We request only the permissions necessary to provide this Service. You can revoke this access at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access will prevent the Service from functioning until you reconnect.

6. AI-Generated Content

ReplyDost uses AI models (including Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) to generate review response suggestions. While we strive for quality:

• AI suggestions are drafts only — always review before publishing
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, tone, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• You are solely responsible for any response you publish to Google

7. Payments & Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed as advertised on our pricing page
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• No refunds are provided for the current active billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers

8. Beta / Limited Access Period

ReplyDost is currently in a limited-access beta phase. During this period, access is restricted to approved users only. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue access during this phase without notice.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate or publish fake, misleading, or defamatory content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable Indian or international laws
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written authorization

10. Limitation of Liability

ReplyDost is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Issues with Google review publishing or Google API availability
• AI-generated response quality or outcomes
• Service downtime or data loss

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
